Feeling not enough.
And it started from the moment you learned that who you were was not enough.
The times you felt unseen or not valued.
The times you were told to be quiet when all you wanted to do was speak up.
It’s the places where who you were, and what you did were not accepted, valued or listened to THIS is what blocks your joy.
When these places go unresolved, they settle deep within. They shape what you believe to be true about yourself.
And guess what?
It is not true. It never was.
What is more likely true is this:
You were raised by people who carried the same beliefs, handed down by generations before them.
The people who raised you were simply different from you and didn’t understand who you were - and parented you how they had been taught.
The problem with this is, these experiences create a belief within that feels real - but is not true.
And these beliefs block your pathway to joy.
Because joy comes from knowing - deep in your bones - that who you are has worth and value.
And true joy is never experienced to the fullest until we remove what has been blocking it all along.
When we release the places where we learned otherwise, we rewire the neural pathways in our brain, our nervous system to joy.
